2.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our Website are accurate. However:

• Due to variations in device displays, we cannot guarantee that colours or details will appear exactly as shown.

• Products, particularly tiles, may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Returns Policy.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse sales to any person or region, or discontinue products at our discretion.

2.2 Tile Batch Variations

As tiles are often produced in different batches, slight variations in color, shade, texture, or size may occur between batches. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. We advise you to order sufficient quantities from the same batch to complete your project, as we cannot guarantee that subsequent orders will match previous ones. If you require tiles from a specific batch, please contact us at  office@batterseabathrooms.co.uk before placing your order to confirm availability.

2.3 Checking Your Order

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt of your order to ensure they are correct, undamaged, and meet your expectations. You must check for any discrepancies in quantity, type, color, batch, or quality before using, installing, or fitting the tiles. We strongly recommend that you do not book builders, tilers, or fitters until you have received your order and verified that all items are correct and free from defects. Once tiles are fitted, cut, or otherwise used, we are not liable for refunds, replacements, or exchanges, except in cases of faulty or misdescribed goods as outlined in Section 6.

2.4 Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, and we are not liable for typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies.

2.5 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders from dealers, resellers, or distributors, or those using the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
